A New Approach to Player Development

Welcome to the upcoming baseball season! We are incredibly excited to announce a new pilot program designed to elevate our players’ skills and provide them with an exceptional training experience. This season, our 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U teams have been selected to be the first to participate in this innovative approach.

In this new model, we are partnering with a professional training organization to lead all team practices. While our dedicated parent coaches will still be essential to managing the team during games and fostering team spirit, all practice sessions will now be run by a paid, professional trainer. This ensures that every player receives consistent, high-quality instruction focused on fundamental skills and athletic development.

Our Community Focus: A core part of our philosophy is keeping local talent together. Unlike many travel organizations that pull players from wide geographic areas, we are focused on allowing the kids from our town to continue to play together. This builds chemistry, camaraderie, and a strong foundation for successful school teams in the future.
